Do you have vases, picture frames, pottery, or other accessories around the house that no longer match your decor and you love the shape or size of them but the colors are totally off.  Well paint them or let your kids have fun painting them.  I recently painted several pieces to match my decor. Hope it inspires you to do the same.  All you need is regular paint for wood pieces and ceramic paint works the best on ceramic or glass pieces. I mixed paints to achieve the color I was looking for.

The only pieces I did not paint were the little figurines. All the other pieces were painted.

                                               I will be adding a few pillows and a design on the top.

I was not sure what I was going to do with this piece when my daughter insisted we get it.  Once I started working on it I love they way it turned out.
